I agree with every one of the plusses listed in the review by K. Stankovich, plus I would add that the cloths are not fitted, they are flat, which means they will still fit even if they shrink a little in the wash. (The Bissel used fitted cloths, and after the first wash it was extremely hard to get them back on.) I tend to have back and hip problems, and this steam mop makes it easy to clean my floor without a lot of hard pushing and scrubbing.
